(Salz, Pfeffer, Fleischgew\u00fcrz)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und auf Raumtemperatur runterk\u00fchlen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gesottene Kartoffelst\u00fccke vom Vortag zugeben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apfelst\u00fccke dazugeben. (\u2026.vorher mit Chili w\u00fcrzen!!)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Raclettek\u00e4se zugeben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/18 vom Teig ganz d\u00fcnn &#8222;auswallen&#8220;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00fcllung in der Mitte platzieren, den Rand mit Wasser befeuchten\u2026.. und ein &#8222;SUPER Paggeeet&#8220; machen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die K\u00fcchlein mit Eigelb bestreichen und anschliessend mit der Pfefferm\u00fchle pfeffern.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 Min bei 220\u00b0C im CombiSteam (Profibacken) backen und nach 10 Min im warmen Ofen, servieren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SUPER zum vorbereiten, wenn man viele G\u00e4ste hat.
