Grob einstechen, damit die Marinade in das Fleisch einzieht)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zubereitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-be2ec60bc8df45b39af1adabb166ab69\">\n<li>Rehr\u00fccken anbraten wie ein Filetst\u00fcck. dH auf allen Seiten kr\u00e4ftig.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anschliessend im Steamer (Programm 6: Heissluft + Beschwaden) bei 80 \u00b0C 2 Stunden bei Niedertemperatur garen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alle 20 Min manuell beschwaden!! (\u2026warten bis der Steamer an der Scheibe anl\u00e4uft, dann sofort Beschwaden abstellen)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anschliessend beide Filet Teile herausl\u00f6sen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zutaten Klassisch: Sp\u00e4tzli, Rotkraut, Kastanien, Trauben<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Porto Morcheln samt Porto zur Sauce geben. Gebratene Speckstreifen und Trauben zur Sauce geben.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipps und Tricks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-300705b1127fb9e96998be69ec46e0ec\">\n<li>War Super, mal mit 1 1\/2 h probieren. Fleisch war nur am Knochen noch rot!! (Probiert: 10:00 mit dem anbraten begonnen, 12:00 serviert) Beste Variante<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 kg mit Knochen reicht f\u00fcr 3 Personen. Ein ganzer Rehr\u00fccken hatte 2.2kg !!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ACHTUNG: Alle 20 Min Beschwaden Strikte einhalten und wie oben beschrieben immer sofort abstellen.
