Stangen Lauch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 EL Puderzucker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 EL Tomatenmark<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml Weisswein<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 ml H\u00fchnerbr\u00fche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kartoffeln<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knoblauch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rosemarin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zubereitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-block-list wp-elements-60bf2311b2078fb835b7a0d33ff6c73b\">\n<li>Gitzi 1-2 Tage marinieren. (Standard Lamm: Knoblauch, Rosemarin, Thymian. Salz. Pfeffer, Fleischgew\u00fcrz und \u00d6l)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zwiebel, Karotten, Sellerie, Lauch grossz\u00fcgig w\u00fcrfeln und mit Fleischgew\u00fcrz bestreuen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das Gem\u00fcse mit Puderzucker in einer grossen Bratpfanne anschwitzen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit Weisswein und Br\u00fche abl\u00f6schen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wurzelgem\u00fcse samt Fond in eine Glasschale oder Kuchenblech geben. (\u2026Fond fast bis zum Rand gef\u00fcllt)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gitzischlegel auf das Wurzelgem\u00fcse geben und f\u00fcr 4h bei 150\u00b0C (ober\/unter Hitze) in den Ofen geben<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alle 10-20 min das Gitzi mit dem Fond \u00fcbergiessen.
